EVRGRN was engaged as an LSP for a fin-tech company that was commissioned to provide ODFI services. Through the engagement, the client was able to disburse billions of dollars in funding through the CARES Act.
EVRGRN Enables Disbursement of $17.6B through CARES Act
Challenge
A fin-tech company commissioned to provide ODFI services (ACH & Wire Transfers) for the disbursement of funds to business owners through the CARES Act.
Solution
Over the course of 4 months, EVRGRN established a remote team of over 150+ qualified individuals to perform eligibility & identity verification requirements to comply with KYC, BSA, AML, and OFAC lending requirements. EVRGRN was also able to integrate the Fin-tech into its seamless platform of products and vendors allowing the process to be fully automated to the applicants on behalf of the CDFI, and all of these efforts resulted in the Fin-Tech enabling the CDFIs while scaling together on EVRGRN’s platform to collectively be represented as the nation’s largest lender for the (2021).

A credit card company’s objective was to build & deploy a consumer credit decision engine that maximizes credit application approvals and consumer satisfaction while minimizing the risk of default.
Solution
EVRGRN’s custom-built credit decision engine was offered as a customer-facing consumer credit card offering through its app. The score was built to maximize consumer satisfaction and loyalty as measured by EVRGRN’s Net Promoter Score. The service spans and gathers data through all customer service across the channels modern consumers prefer, including phone support and in-app secure messaging. This leads to more top-of-wallet adoption, longer customer lifetimes, and even lower charge-offs.
